Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and facility maintenance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Operate basic machinery and tools following established procedures
- Complete daily logs and reports with accurate documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in general labor or similar role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with punctual and dependable attendance
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
