Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across commercial and residential properties
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas including waste removal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete project deadlines
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues
- Support facility setup and breakdown for events and operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of general labor or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends as needed
