Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Operate basic machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper training
- Complete routine maintenance tasks and report equipment malfunctions
- Support warehouse and field operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of manual labor or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
