Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, repairs, and minor installations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently for various projects
- Assist in facility setup and breakdown for events and operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for daily operations
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in general labor or maintenance
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
