Responsibilities
- Perform manual tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and facility maintenance
- Assist with construction, assembly, and renovation projects under supervision
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and proper use of protective equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery with precision and care
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Document work progress and report any equipment issues or safety concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in general labor or construction preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
