Responsibilities
- Assist in construction site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and inventory management
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
