Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Perform quality control inspections and document findings in compliance with safety protocols
- Assist in inventory management through cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces including equipment and facility upkeep
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings
