Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight and materials from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Operate basic manual and power equipment as required for daily tasks.
- Prepare, label, and document outgoing shipments according to company specifications.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company-specific health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and distribution targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a scheduled shift.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of excellent attendance.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, construction, or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
