Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using manual labor and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment in the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for distribution.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for 8+ hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
