Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, and material handling
- Assist with facility maintenance and basic equipment repairs
- Support assembly lines with component preparation and quality checks
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces according to safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Document daily activities and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or construction preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
