Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Operate basic manual or electric hand tools according to safety protocols.
- Assist team leads with inventory counts and stock verification.
- Prepare shipments, including wrapping, labeling, and palletizing goods.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors regarding workflow or equipment issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated history of reliability and excellent attendance.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
