Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance tasks
- Support material handling, including loading/unloading and inventory management
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on facility systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in labor, maintenance, or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends if needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
