Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, organization, and minor repairs
- Assist with material handling, inventory management, and stock rotation
- Operate basic machinery and equipment following safety protocols
- Support loading/unloading activities and ensure proper inventory documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Adhere to all company safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
- Strong work ethic with punctual and dependable attendance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
