Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks across commercial and residential properties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently for construction/cleanup projects
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and site preparation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document work progress and report maintenance issues promptly
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of general labor or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
