- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage inventory, and ensure a professional working environment.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and prepare reports as needed.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination of company events and special projects.
- Document Control: Handle confidential documents with discretion and prepare correspondence.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in general administrative or office support roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
