Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Document Control: Oversee the management of confidential documents, ensuring accurate filing, archiving, and data entry across all departments.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, track action items, and ensure deadlines are met across various business initiatives.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the physical workspace is organized and efficient.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an executive administration or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
