- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and strategic projects from inception to completion.
- Document Management: Prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administration role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
