Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and documenting action points.
- Office Management: Oversee general office operations, manage office supplies, and maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality.
- Reception & Front of House: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time under pressure without compromising attention to detail.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
