In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of event management, from the initial concept to the final curtain call. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-value vendor relationships, and ensure every detail exceeds our clients' expectations. Responsibilities
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of events, including conceptualization, planning, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Vendor Relations: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including caterers, AV specialists, and venue managers.
- Budget Control: Develop comprehensive event budgets and ensure strict adherence to financial constraints while maximizing value.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular briefings and ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- On-Site Coordination: Lead on-site operations, troubleshoot logistical challenges, and ensure seamless execution under pressure.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and manage event listings.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement safety protocols for all events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in events management, preferably within the corporate or luxury sectors.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work outside of standard office hours, including weekends and evenings for events.
- Problem Solving: Strong crisis management skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management preferred.
