Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Conduct regular facility audits and safety training for 200+ employees
- Manage environmental compliance including waste management, air permits, and spill prevention
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct biannual drills
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven KPI tracking and safety culture initiatives
- Represent the company in regulatory communications and industry forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years EHS management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- OSHA 501, CHMM, or CSP certification required
- Proven expertise in developing EHS management systems
- Strong knowledge of Texas environmental regulations (TCEQ)
- Advanced data analysis skills using EHS software platforms
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication abilities
- Experience with industrial hygiene and hazard mitigation strategies
