  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions
  • Design and deliver engaging EHS training programs for 500+ employees across multiple facilities
  • Oversee environmental monitoring programs, including emissions tracking and waste reduction initiatives
  • Manage emergency response planning and crisis communication protocols
  • Prepare regulatory reports and maintain compliance documentation for federal/state agencies
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and KPI tracking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years progressive EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • OSHA 30-hour certification and CHMM or CSP designation required
  • Proven expertise in EPA/RCRA, TSCA, and state-specific environmental regulations
  • Advanced proficiency with EHS software (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, or similar platforms)
