Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and branding team to execute innovative digital campaigns.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels to drive online traffic and sales growth.
- Manage end-to-end online store operations, including product listings, promotions, and inventory oversight.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide data-driven business insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration between online marketing and offline sales goals.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, specifically within local marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and data visualization software.
- Deep expertise in managing digital marketing ecosystems, including social media ads, marketplaces, and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is essential.
