Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end digital modernization strategy for mission-critical public services.
- Lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product design, and data science.
- Navigate complex regulatory frameworks to implement agile, cloud-native infrastructure.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with executive leadership and external stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Oversee multi-million dollar budgets ensuring transparency, efficiency, and maximum ROI.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to cybersecurity standards and federal privacy protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in large-scale IT or digital transformation programs.
- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments in the public sector or highly regulated industries.
- Expertise in modern software development life cycles (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical leadership.
- Experience with USDS, 18F, or similar digital service delivery models is highly preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
