Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive, integrated global brand and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee public relations, media relations, and crisis communications to maintain and enhance corporate reputation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of brand managers, content strategists, and external agency partners.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Growth Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Define, monitor, and report on key brand equity metrics, share of voice, and campaign return on investment (ROI).
- Develop high-profile executive communications, including keynote presentations, thought leadership articles, and media preparation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, public relations, or corporate communications, ideally in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience launching successful multi-channel brand campaigns with measurable commercial impact.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an innate ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical foundation with experience translating consumer insights and market data into actionable strategy.
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of building and nurturing collaborative, diverse creative teams.
