Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Manage PPC campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets, optimizing for ROAS and CPA
- Create data-driven content calendars aligned with SEO best practices and audience personas
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives
- Collaborate with design team to produce conversion-optimized digital assets
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Stay current with algorithm updates and emerging digital marketing trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Certified Google Ads and/or HubSpot Inbound Marketing professional preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Strong technical aptitude for marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot)
- Exceptional written communication skills with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Experience managing budgets over $500K annually across paid channels
