Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to increase brand visibility and drive direct bookings.
- Social Media Leadership: Curate and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), fostering a community of luxury travelers and influencers.
- SEO & Content: Oversee Search Engine Optimization efforts and manage the creation of engaging blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and CRM tools to report on campaign success and identify areas for optimization.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, and retargeting strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the PR and Revenue Management teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on social media management within the hospitality or luxury retail sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional Asian languages are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional creative writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Certifications: Google Analytics or HubSpot certification is highly preferred.
