Responsibilities
- Develop and execute holistic digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Social, Content) to increase organic traffic and direct bookings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing strategies and inventory distribution dynamically.
- Oversee the resort's online reputation management, ensuring a 5-star guest experience across all review platforms.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue departments to align digital initiatives with annual revenue targets.
- Produce monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Revenue Management within the luxury travel/hospitality sector.
- Proven expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent command of the English language (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
