In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling digital narratives and executing data-driven strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive direct bookings. You will act as the guardian of our online reputation, optimizing our presence across search engines and social platforms to ensure we remain the top choice for discerning travelers.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical audits, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI and occupancy rates.
- Analyze web performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with the Sales and PR teams to align digital campaigns with seasonal promotions and luxury events.
- Oversee social media content strategy and community management to foster guest loyalty.
- Drive email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and increase repeat patronage.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and hospitality.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and CRM tools.
- Excellent command of English and French (Bilingual is essential).
- A passion for luxury service and a deep understanding of the travel consumer journey.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.
