Responsibilities
- SEO & SEM Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic rankings and drive paid traffic growth.
- Content Marketing: Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and search intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and other tools to provide actionable insights and weekly reports.
- PPC Management: Overhead Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze user behavior and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers and collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO and PPC.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Ads.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Google Analytics or HubSpot certification is a plus.
