- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) to report on ROI and optimize campaign performance.
- Lead Generation: Develop lead nurturing programs and workflows to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior marketers and creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment for all campaigns.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
