- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, search-optimized assets that engage audiences.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to drive continuous improvement.
- Paid Media Management: Oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms to maximize lead generation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the marketing team.
- A/B Testing: Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO and SEM.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies to stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
