Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media channels.
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Oversee the technical SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, site architecture, and backlink profiling.
- Manage paid media budgets on Google Ads and LinkedIn, A/B testing creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Craft compelling copy and collaborate with designers to produce high-converting marketing assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive in the digital landscape.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics (GA4) with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic.
- Strong understanding of Content Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly preferred.
