Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive direct revenue.
- Manage and optimize the resort’s website, including SEO, speed, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Lead social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, collaborating with influencers to showcase our unique offerings.
- Create engaging content calendars, including photography, blogs, and video storytelling, highlighting local culture and sustainability.
- Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to adjust strategies, ensuring we meet quarterly growth targets.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain guests.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align digital initiatives with overall revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
- Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and achieving high ROAS.
- Strong proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen understanding of brand voice.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with on-site teams.
