Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive direct revenue.
  • Manage and optimize the resort’s website, including SEO, speed, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Lead social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, collaborating with influencers to showcase our unique offerings.
  • Create engaging content calendars, including photography, blogs, and video storytelling, highlighting local culture and sustainability.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to adjust strategies, ensuring we meet quarterly growth targets.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain guests.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align digital initiatives with overall revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
  • Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen understanding of brand voice.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with on-site teams.
