Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue.
- Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to optimize organic search visibility for our resort properties.
- Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and manage influencer partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest sentiment to refine marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with the PR team to enhance brand reputation and manage public relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing within the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Deep understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and Google Analytics.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior marketing staff.
