Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement
- Manage PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads with strict budget adherence
- Implement and refine marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven success in B2B tech sectors
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional digital campaigns
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Marketing Automation preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills with portfolio demonstrating high-converting content
- Experience managing budgets over $500K and reporting to C-level stakeholders
