Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools
- Manage $500K+ annual ad budgets with quarterly optimization targets of 20% CRO
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and email sequences
- Coordinate with design teams to produce high-converting visual assets
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Stay current with algorithm updates and digital marketing trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Certification in Google Analytics and HubSpot Marketing Hub required
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
