Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Lead performance-driven campaigns with focus on CAC reduction, conversion rate optimization, and ROI maximization
- Analyze multi-channel data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms while maintaining CPA targets
- Oversee content creation pipeline including blog posts, video scripts, and email sequences
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and audience segments
- Stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years digital marketing experience
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- Proven success managing $100K+ annual PPC budgets with demonstrable ROI
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems
- Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices including technical SEO and content optimization
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
