Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive direct bookings and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize the resort's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and OTA channels (Booking.com, Airbnb).
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Oversee content creation, including photography, videography, and copywriting, ensuring alignment with the resort's aesthetic.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of marketing campaigns to optimize future efforts.
- Coordinate with the PR and events team to enhance the resort's reputation in the luxury travel market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns with measurable engagement.
- Strong command of SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
