Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the resort's brand identity and business goals.
- SEO & Content: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives, keyword research, and content marketing to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Curate and manage high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to engage our audience and showcase the resort's lifestyle.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and engagement metrics using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
- Channel Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to align digital campaigns with booking trends and seasonal promotions.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with travel influencers, bloggers, and tourism boards to expand our reach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury travel sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Google Analytics 4.
- Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong eye for design and content creation with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a marketing team or collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
