- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms to optimize conversion funnels
- Lead content strategy creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement goals
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create cohesive digital experiences
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven campaign ROI
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing marketing budgets over $500K annually
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling B2C or SaaS businesses through digital channels
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
