Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with 2+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Advanced Google Analytics certification and PPC campaign management
- Exceptional written communication skills with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ professionals
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and social media analytics
