Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social platforms
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with 6+ figure budgets, optimizing for CAC and LTV
- Manage marketing automation workflows using HubSpot/Salesforce to nurture leads through complex sales cycles
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics to drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with product teams to create content that drives pipeline generation
- Oversee agency partnerships and vendor management for paid media and creative production
- Maintain A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven expertise in scaling demand generation through SEO, paid media, and marketing automation
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data to inform strategy
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K and leading cross-functional teams
- Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing technology preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns that generated qualified pipeline
