Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive direct revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with a focus on high-quality visual storytelling and community engagement.
- Oversee SEO and content marketing efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic to the resort website.
- Lead targeted email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences to maximize conversion rates and guest retention.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the leadership team to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the PR and Sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and web analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
