Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Manage multi-platform advertising campaigns with $500K+ annual budgets, optimizing for ROAS and CPA
- Lead content creation initiatives including blog posts, whitepapers, and video scripts
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize conversion funnels and user journeys
- Maintain competitive analysis and industry trend reporting for key verticals
- Mentor junior marketers and coordinate with creative/development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive digital marketing experience with measurable ROI results
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot/Mailchimp
- Expertise in SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record managing $500K+ advertising budgets
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications required
