Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive direct hotel reservations.
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building campaigns.
- Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to curate engaging content that reflects our premium brand image.
- Design and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI and occupancy rates.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to report on KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with guest satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate with the content team to produce high-quality blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Hospitality or Tourism industry.
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and social media growth.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
