Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and campaign performance
- Manage PPC budgets exceeding $500K monthly across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics to derive actionable insights
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-impact content for diverse digital channels
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders with strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior marketers through our proprietary growth program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven campaign management
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications required (Meta Blueprint preferred)
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ professionals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing attribution modeling
