- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to optimize ROI
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, content creators, and developers to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Manage multi-channel budgets exceeding $500K while ensuring cost efficiency and scalability
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Create detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to C-level stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and SEO optimization
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms
