- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with budget management ($50K+ monthly) and A/B testing
- Analyze marketing metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics to optimize conversion funnels
- Manage content creation calendar aligned with SEO best practices and audience engagement goals
- Oversee paid media budgets across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) with revenue targets
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign ROI in B2B SaaS or tech
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM integration
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience creating executive dashboards
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating successful lead generation campaigns with conversion rates >5%
