Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns
- Lead a team of 5+ specialists with performance management and mentorship
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Optimize conversion funnels and A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences
- Manage $500K+ annual digital advertising budget across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Collaborate with product teams to create content-driven growth loops
- Report quarterly performance to C-suite with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing with 2+ years in team leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM and social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Experience managing B2B SaaS clients in the tech industry
- Certification in Google Analytics or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Strong project management skills with ability to scale campaigns across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating 20%+ YoY growth in organic traffic or lead generation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
