Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Lead data-driven campaign optimization using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Manage PPC budgets exceeding $500K with 20%+ year-over-year performance improvement
- Oversee content creation pipeline including blogs, whitepapers, and video scripts
- Coordinate with design and development teams on landing page and conversion rate optimization
- Present monthly performance dashboards to C-suite clients with actionable insights
- Mentor junior marketing specialists through performance reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in digital marketing with 2+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Advanced certification in Google Analytics and/or HubSpot Marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful B2B/B2C campaigns with measurable results
